Vamsi Rasamallu
Vamsi Rasamallu brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership in real estate investment and development. He has led the acquisition, development, and repositioning of 30+ projects and raised more than $80M in capital across commercial, residential, and land portfolios. Vamsi is known for uncovering value through strategic vision, disciplined underwriting, and creative deal structuring. He oversees the firm's long-term strategy, capital deployment, partnerships, and investor relations.

Sunaina Rasamallu
Sunaina oversees investment strategy, acquisitions, and underwriting across Rasamallu Investment's commercial, retail, and development portfolio. A licensed commercial broker with a Master of Jurisprudence in Business Compliance, she leads financial analysis, deal negotiations, and due diligence. Sunaina has supported the execution of 20+ real estate projects and over $30M+ in capital raises, ensuring each investment meets strict financial and regulatory standards. She also helps guide investor relations, strategic partnerships, and the firm's long-term growth.
